Some useful information for those of you visiting Trevor Basin and Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.
The Trevor Basin visitor centre will be closed from Monday 13th Dec 2021 and will reopen on Friday 18th February 2022 for long weekends (Friday to Sunday) 10am – 3pm. The Centre will re-open daily from Friday 1st April until Monday 31st October, 10am – 4pm.
The aqueduct is closed for annual maintenance from Tuesday 4th Jan until Friday 18th February 2022. The towpath will be fully closed at all times for the duration of the works and a diversion will be in place. The navigation will be closed from 9am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday only.
